How should I care for my printed apparel?
To preserve the life of your custom prints, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the printed designs.
What is the average turnaround time for an order?
Standard production takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes an additional 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Jumble Creative Prints ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations.
Can I return a custom-printed item?
Because our items are made-to-order, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects or shipping damages. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue.
